Aunty Hiroko's problem

I don't usually write on this blog, but I concerned about food presentation. I don't cook Japanese food in US because I just cannot get Japanese ingredient which means I cook a lot of pasta.

I love carbohydrate! I am pretty skinny I mean I am not skinny at all in Japan but here I am because I don't use oil for cooking. I use only a little bit of olive oil for cooking. Then my food does not look good. As long as I post picture of food, I should care the presentation.

I want to care from now.
